We understand! Sometimes things aren't just right...

 

We accept returns of all unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping or transaction fees.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, we will issue a refund of the product cost minus any shipping or transaction fees incurred up to date. To find a more detailed description of our return process check out our terms here.

Before moving ahead with a return, please contact us at ideacollectivelearning@gmail.com with your name, order number, and details of the issue prior to returning it. No returns are acceptable without IDEA Collective prior approval and/or delivery instructions for transport back to our studio.
